WAFFEN SS M35 HELMET
Just like the other models M35(Luftwaffe, Kriegsmarine, Wehrmacht) can you recognize the M35 Waffen SS helmet on his oval shape, his curled metal edge around the base of the helmet, the double decal, the rivets…etc. The difference between the Waffen SS and other groups (Luftwaffe, Wehrmacht, Kriegsmarine…) is that the Waffen SS his sign was on the right side and not on the left side! Another difference is that the Waffen SS not used the three colored National colors but the party decal swastika. There are different Rune’s and party decals, which you can see on the photographs. The color of origin on the M35 SS helmet was a dull green color, but with the beginning and in the war they where find with several camouflage colors or even in a white for the winter with only the decal free! This was done at the field and so this was done very rough. M35 helmets are most loved by collectors and mostly the Waffen SS helmets! They are the most difficult to find and the most expensive of the three models! A lot of fake helmets existing, so some experience or the meaning of some specialist before purchase is recommended!
